Static, static-dynamic and dynamic mixing
systems are the furthest common technologies
for mixing reactive plastics. A static mixer is a
pipe with an integrated, geometrically thought
out labyrinth, over which two base components
are mixed. The dynamic mixing system is
based on a turning mixing rotor, which turns
inside
the mixing chamber. In this way several
base components will be mixed homogeneous.
Static-dynamic mixing systems combine the
static mixing tube with a slowly turning
labyrinth.

Dynamics mixer type DP EPN 200 prod
The production mixer makes it possible to mix
2 t/h with very high viscous materials
(up to 1,5 millions mPas) and 140 t/h with low
viscous materials. Maximum one main
component and 6 side components can be
adapted on the dynamic mixer.

Dynamics mixer type DP EPN 200 emul
The emulsifying mixer had a modular structure
and
is user specific realizable with this concept.
Cooling rings, pressure- and temperature sensors
as well as return flow locks are further options.
With one output up to 2500 kg/h, emulsions can be
manufactured inline.
